Inexperienced real estate agents: commission split 60/40 from leads generated by an agent. All Leads generated by Pen Pointe and assigned to a Pen Pointe agent, commission split 50/50.
**2 years experience required for all real estate agent position**
Marketing Director-at least two years real estate experience.
Loan Officer-at least two years commercial real estate experience required. Commission based position.
Loan Processor-at least two years commercial real estate experience required. Commission based position.
Office Manager-at least two years experience in a financial or real estate position. Starting salary $30-$35k per year plus bonuses. (Salary negotiable with strong verifiable experience/financial background.)
Account Executive-at least three years commercial sales experience, including internet marketing. Salary + commission based position.
Administrative Assistant-at least two years experience, must type 50+ words per m inute, 10-key by touch, proficiency in Windows 7 & and its operating system. Hourly position.
Executive Administrative Assistant-3 years experience, 60 words per minute, 10-key by touch, proficiency in Windows 7 & and Mac. Hourly + bonus position.
